Best system to handle FSX
Hi All,
I am plannign in buying a new PC and am very much interested in FSX. I definitely want to have FSX run smoothly on the new pc. My question is what would be your recomendation and what price range I'm looking at?
It seems to me that it will cost me above $2000.
Now if I have to compromise, becuase of the price, could you please priorotize which components are less important: please start the list from the LEAST important:
-cpu
-RAM
-Graphic card
-Hard drive
Thanks
Best Regards

Wait another year or so, then enjoy it. But for now..if you want to have a good balance between graphics and performance..I would focus on the graphics card, and CPU. They are all just as important as each other, but you may be able to skive off with said parts. With RAM and hard drive, you get faster load times, and "smoother" frames, but you don't really get much except for .5 of a frame, if at all. FSX is dependent on the graphics card and CPU, for the most part. I do recommend you have at least 1 gig of RAM so you don't wait for an hour for the simulator to load.
