ATIS - Green text pop up

Hi,

Anyway I can disable that green text window from popping up when tuning/listening to ATIS? I know I can close it manually, but would be so much better if it just doesn't show up in the first place. Looks monster ugly on my 42" plasma.

 I turn off the first two options in the general tab ATC located in the settings box.  I still have to manually close the box with the key to the left of the number 1 key.  I think it is called the titgh or something like that.  I haven't figured out how to completely close the ATC box but I really don't know why I would.  I need to see the options when receiving instructions from Traffic control.

Just curious.  Are you talking about the ATC text box, or the "crawl" of text on top of the screen? :-?

I'm not talking about the ATC box. Of course I need that (until Vox ATC anyway).

I'm talking about the green scrolling text pop up at the top of the screen (for example when you tune ATIS). It also comes up when Active Sky X is initiating.

The reason it especially bothers me is because I use two screens - one for 2d panels, ATC window and so on, and one 42 inch plasma for my main cockpit view. I don't want any sh*t popping up on that nice big screen!  ;)
