fsx.exe-application error

For no explainable reason, this problem just developed tonight as I was playing the game. On two occasions while playing the game, the program all of a sudden stops and the followed notice appeared:

Microsoft Flight Simulator x: fsx.exe - application error.
The instruction at "0x200e5b92" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read"
Click OK to terminate program.

Anyone got any idea why this is happening?

I could have a clue, It had to be something in your virtual memory ....its dumping its reserves ,and the game doesn't know what to do when this happends, Is this continues??It this happened again? How much RAM do you have?

I have 1.5G of PC6400 RAM. I ran a Registry Mechanic and I don't know if it had anything to do with it but the problem disappeared.
By the way how can I find out how much virtual memory I have assigned.
