I love island hopping around the Caribbean.  Between the short runways, the various obsticles and the topless women under approaching 747s, it just can't be beat.

Crossing mountain ranges are pretty cool too.  2NC0 is a cool little airport in the Carolina hills.

TNCM and KBFI. I like going out of TNCM in my KLM a380 and  make super hard landings on small runways on other islands.

I am flying a marathon trip right now that's been fun. Started off at LAX in the lear 45 and have flown around the entire US to Texas and am now heading down the east coast of South America. The trip will take me all around South America and back to LAX in about a week.

I've also flown around the perimeter of the US, but instead of flying it at 28,000 feet, and at mach .75, try flying it in a smaller prop. Much more enjoyable ;)

So far,I've kept it low and slow. Averaging about 240 @3200ft.
Next trip will be around the Med and that I will do in a single-prop.

Hmmm, favorite places to fly? Many, the Alaskan range, Island hopping in the Caribs, Skyscraper dodging in NYC, ( and some real challenging under bridge flying too). Ya might wana say whats your favorite flight. I flew a Curtiss Jenny from NAS San Diego to CGAS Brooklyn, NY. I flew a hairy flight in a C208 along the Aleutian Islands from Dutch Haubor to Casco Cove in fog so thick I was 50 to 100 ft above the water hoping i'd see a shore line before I smaked into a mountain. Great flights in the Grand Canyons ( real cool with the ultralight ) and many more, and many more to find. ;D

I love Bella Coola in British Columbia. Start at Bella Coola airport, fly North (upstream) until the canyon splits, fly to right and follow the canyon until you reach the top, then return to Bella Coola. Beautiful, much snow!
