How do you get these airport vehicles...

...to come to your aircraft? I think they are baggage trucks. There was another vehicle I was trying to get as well, with no success, and that was the passenger transit bus. So far I've only managed to get the Fuel truck (shit+f) and jetway (ctrl+J)

I think you must park in the doorway , then Shut off the engines (I'm not too sure about that) then Hit Shift+e and quick hit 3 so shift +e+3 these open bagdage or cargo doors on the back of the plane ,you have to be park in the right place, remember Shift +e open passenger doors AND shift +e and 3 opens cargo doors...
