hey i bought the standard version of fsx. is there a way i could get the sdk or was i supposed to buy the deluxe edition :-/

I believe it can be downloaded, although don't quote me on that.

It can't be downloaded, you must have the Deluxe version..

The only download is the SDK SP1 update which is of no use unless you have the Deluxe version.

yes, you made a mistake

SDK is only available in the Deluxe version and can not be imported to the standard

Well, one idea for making lemonade out of lemons, is you may consider using the standard version of FSX on a second computer (should you have one) or giving it to a friend and just buying FSX Deluxe for yourself. In that way, you could enjoy the multiplayer aspects of the game more readily.

Just a random idea.

1 problem i bought it in december.

Yeah, little mistake there. Just realized I made the same one so I'm installing FSX Deluxe this weekend. Look at the bright side. Now's the perfect time to install SP1.

Anyone want a slightly used copy of FSX Standard. Got one for sale cheap. ;D
