Does anyone know how to remove the FSX max speed?
If you can't remove it, can you change it?

It's not possible I think, just like it was not possible to change the max altitude (100.000 feet) in FS9.

FSX removed that altitude limit by implementing a round Earth. Hopefully, the next version of FS will remove this stupid speed limit as well, and we'll finally be able to orbit  :'(

But don't think you won't be getting blurries while orbiting.  ;D

Well if it is so, that is indeed a fact that it is impossible to remove this speed limit. then my aircraft will meet thier porpose. To travel from cairo, egypt to Dallas texas in 15 miniutes. :'( Oh what a waste of programming.

And another question: WHY THE HELL DID MICROSOFT PUT A FREAKING SPEED LIMIT IN THE GAME ANYWAY?

Probably because it is a CIVILLIAN flight sim - while military aircraft are still modeled, they travel within conventional speeds. Microsoft never intended to fly from Cairo to Dallas in 15 minutes. Also, it would put such a large stress on the engine, having to render several countries/continents within 15 minutes.

A real flight/physic engine does not care at all what you're flying, it only cares about the flying caracteristics.
MS have quite a special way to handle the physics in the game, I could not give you the details anymore, but anyway, they use a technique taht gives some acceptable results for normal flight with very normal planes, but total-utter-crap as soon as you want to do some special manoevers with special planes. (behaviour of planes whle stalling, for example).
