Hello Guys.

I would like to know what is the relation between KIAS/MACH and KM/H. I know that a nautic mile and a knot are 1.8km but i have no ideia about the ones mentioned before.

Also, why does the speed limit comes down as long as you are going higher with the aircraft?
E.g. FL11: Max speed 340KIAS. FL34: Max speed 290.

Man.. this is a good one (covered many times)..

We'll stick with one unit of measure, Knots (nautical miles per hour) because the ratios beteen units don't change with altitude. 1 nautical mile is still 1.15 staute miles, at any altitude.. and so on.
