Posted: Thu Jul 12, 2007 1:44 pmNo, not the engine heat, but the heat waves coming off of the runways when you are at an airport. You know, the clear wavy stuff you see rising off the roads when it's hot out?? It looks like the heat out of the engines, it just comes off the runway.

I get what you mean...I think its known as heat shimmer...You can see that effect in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas....
