Flying the FSX airforce one from Narita yesterday. When I started up, I noticed the panel (2d) disappeared, replaced by black. When I took off, it came back up. I noticed this another time on another plane, but don't remember what it was.
Worked fine at other airports, just happend last night. Anyone ever have this happen?

Use any method you can to get airborne, the problem usually goes after a few minutes of this. All we can do for now, it is a common problem-you can`t keep it just to yourself, sorry..... ;)

yeah, its no problem to take off. I usually get in the air (with clearance of course) and then have to set the AP and other things that need to be done. Just kinda sucks that sometimes I have to hit pause to take care of some of the house cleaning things that should be done on the ground...thanks!

If you are hesitant to install SP1, it doesn't reset everything in FS, after I installed it, all of my settings were the same, all my add-ons present.
Good Luck!!

What you mean is we need to install back to SP1 from SP2 or we can reconfigurate the cfg?

There is no SP2... only SP1... We're talking about FSX SP1.. not WinXP SP2 lol

Thanks this answers a problem that I encountered. Flying real weather with a low overcast cloud base, and the forward view jumped around and became solid. As I was descending into the cloud I didn't think of testing the problem by flying up and clear. It didn't cure itself so I aborted the session.
