Converting some thing to FSX...help me!

ha ha!  Guys I am trying to convert this....Its a bell 212 for FS 2004 http://secure.simmarket.com/product_info.php?products_id=1927.

Every thing seems to work just fine with the exception of my throttle.   I bring every thing up to speed using the 2D panels.  Once all the check engine lights are out and every thing is in the green I pull the collective and the throttle dumps.

What is happening is the throttle isn't holding at 100%, instead the joy stick is controlling it.  With the FSX bell 206 and my hovercontrol 412 the throttle holds at 100% and the throttle lever on my joy stick only controls the collective.

any ideas?
