Okay, so the only usable ground services at airports that I know of are jetways, pushback trucks, and fuel trucks. I always see other trucks such as baggage trucks and others, but am I able to use any of them?

Wrong. Once you open your cargo doors, the bagage trucks will come to your plane

So the list of interactive vehicules is:
- pushback trucks
- luggage (or bagage ?) trucks
- fuel trucks
and the animated jetways.

I've noticed that once you've opened the cargo doors you actually get a cargo ramp approaching the doors, and then a luggage truck approaching the ramp

I don't remember for sure, but I think the CRJ and the Boeings have them.
To open the cargo, I believe SHIFT+E, 3 is the correct sequence.

The airport vehicles slider must be high enough in some cases too. I run that on 'low' and noticed ground services coming to the plane were very limited and did not always work. A setting of 'medium' or higher was required at some airports and at certain gates to have all services work.
dunno if anyone else noticed that.
Shift-F = fuel truck
Shift-E, 2 = cargo/baggage (that
