Long story....How do I remove a reward from pilot records?

Basically, I was stupid and edited a logbook entry that wasn't the last.  I had crashed, and when you crash it counts it as a landing.  I didn't want it to count, so I changed it to zero.  As happens often when you edit the not-last entry, it corrupted and put it in as 256 landings.  So now I have the 200 landings award.  I'd like to earn it rather than get it on a glitch.
