AR_Bomblets for '04

I downloaded this and installed into FSX, but it doesn't work (imagine that!)  ;)

Is there anyway i could modify something in it to get it to work?

I tried it with a few different aircraft (FSX and FS9 models) in FSX with no joy. I assume it only works in FS9...The read me file does state it's for FS9.
