Does anyone have a link to a page that shows how to manually start a specific commercial jet, that you can use in relation to FSX?

Payware have their instructions.

Complex Freeware too have their instructions.

Normal freeware and defaults (with default or non complex panels): to fire engines on == CTRL - E. To shut engines off == CTRL - SHIFT - F1.

You could also try to search the usual FS sites for checklists by Werner Schott.

I think SimV has a whole subsection dedicated to checklists.
