How do i install the following vehicles?

How do you install the Jeep, BMW, Mitsubishi, or the boats that are supposidely "drivable" that simviation has provided? what files do you put them under? Can someone please give me a walkthrough of this process.

Concerning the jeepfsx.zip file:
1) Extract the contents of the .zip file to your desktop or a temporary folder
2) Copy the jeepfsx folder and paste it into the FSX Airplanes folder
3) You should see a Jeep in your FSX Free Flight Menu
4) As far as using / controlling the thing...you're on your own!
