If I am flying GA and am not going up to the terminal, should I still see jetways at commercial airports?  What is the setting I have to change.

Scenery complexity in your display should be pushed up to high.  ;)

Does it hurt FPS significantly?

it depends what kind of PC you got. If you have 2 gigs of ram or lower, maybe you should just stick to medium scenery complexity, like me ;)

I only have a gig of ram but i still run at 24fps on full graphics because i have a good graphics card...which would be the key factor in determining if it would

I wouldn't worry too much about the warranty then.  They have ways of getting around them.  Little things like having to ship it to them and back for $50.00 a pop only to be told "Could not re-create the problem."  :P

As for the ram, there's not much you can do wrong to the machine while installing it.  It's basically sliding a card into a slot and off you go.

It doesn't void the warrenty if they don't find out.  ;)

I oc'd my X850 yet it's not like they'll ever find out. (It's at stock now and probably always wil be)

Concerning Jetways, try these SCENERY settings:
Scenery Complexity: Dense
Autogen Density: Sparse
Special Effects Detail: Medium

Concerning memory: My experience has been that an increase in memory usually helps your systems performance in general, so I just get memory that's correct for the system and put it in.

yea thats a good point....before you order any ram to put into your system make sure you open it up and read the label on the ram already installed in your computer to insure that you order the correct type
