the button is at the top of Google Earth see pic.

then you fill in the data in the text box that pops up, and then save it. Then it should appear on the side panel of google earth under the search box, save as, save to the desktop as a .kml file, then open it with the FSX KML program (links on the page for this program) but you must have the deluxe edition of FSX because the FSX KML program requires the FSX SDK. For the stuff in the FSX KML program read the page and it tells you exactly what to do. I hope this helped
