Head -> desk.
Not again the jetways question. :P

Responsible FSX settings (Options -> Display):

- Advanced animations (Jetways)
- Airport vehicle density (Food trucks, etc...)

For planes, try SimV's download section. Read the Readme's included in the downloads for info on how to add them.

There are no airport vehicles for download yet.

Helpful enough?

Also post your PC specs.  in all likelyhood, your graphics card won't let you have the jetways, if it's not DX9+.

Don't feel bad though, I had a two page topic going about why my jetways weren't working  ;)

Like heretic said though, make sure The Advanced Animations are on, and that the slider for custom autogen is on at least medium (i think)

If you installed April 7th Direct X then either uninstall it,  or use restore feature as this can stop the jetways working.  The 14th April one is allegedly aok though.

If you installed Just Flight Traffic, then look for the jetway pach and install that too, it addresses that and other airfield problems, like tarmac going to grass then back to tarmac on some runways.

Other than that, park in the correct parking spaces/gate, whatever and pull up to the line, though some are a tad out of alignment.  Doesn`t have to perfect.  Open doors first then call the jetway.

Make sure you haven`t reallocated the key/s to something else accidentally or otherwise.

Under `Settings`, look at the graphics tab and ensure 'Advanced animations' is ticked.

Sorry, my mistake with the date.  Someone in the forum went back to MS and there was a newer version.  I never looked at the date just added 7 days thinking that was it.  Since I stopped working I never take much notice of time/dates.  There may have been a few problems addressed, hence the different versions, although it does seem a tad quick.

Just been there to double check, myself.  The problematic one was marked Date Published 7th april, the current one is marked clearly Date Published 10th April.  I think they found problems with the original and replaced it.
