Are you sure you did not have a tail strike before you selected this aircraft.
If you should have a tail strike in a aircraft then switch aircraft that aircraft will still show the damage but because aircraft can use different files to display this kind of damage the damage can show up diferently form aircraft to aircraft.
If this is not the case then let us know exactly which model is giving you a problem and someone will check it out. 8-)

Could it be the auxilary motor located in the tail?

Some models just don't have the smoke effect placed properly in the X and Y axis (axes?, axis's...) :)

The smoke effects for the engines are  determined by the engine location.

I got a feeling the Posky guys modeled in a smoke effect for the  APU (auxiliary power unit) in the tail.

i think i figure it out..the payload was over that's why!

And I also find another problem which is the AP doesn't work...I can turn it on and set but it just wont take it as it told.

For example Cathay Pacific standerd colour by Hirata Takamitsu

Not sure if this applies or not but I have several payware aircraft that will not allow you to arm the autopilot unill airborne. 8-)

Re: smoke coming out of the tail

I had this problem once. Many years ago during a vacation in Mexico and ate at one of the local's hole in the wall restaurants.

There was smoke coming out the tail for a week
