Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way in FSX to set a random faliure. I know you can set a random failure in a group that happend from time 1 to time 2, but is there a way to set all the failures to happen at, say, 10% chance of happening at anytime in the flight?

I'm not sure if you are familar with a program called FSPassengers? From what i have read, it sounds like they built a random-failure-generator(lol ::)), so a program could be made to do what we are looking for.

i know a few things about randomness in video games.  i make some.

i know for a fact, that if u dont hav an interval timer, next thing ull know is that engines 1 to 3 hav failed, the throttle on the fourth engine is jammed at half-thrust, the fuel flow is slowing down, the left wing fuel tank is leaking fuel, ur flaps are jammed, ur airbrakes are jammed, ur nose gear wont come down, and all ur cockpit instruments and MFDs are off due to a power failure.  and to top it all off, ur flying an A380 (the irony in that, being that its fly-by-wire, which doesnt work well without power).

randomness can be soooooo funny (and annoying if ur flying, and not a spectator).
