well, I noticed in the Pilot records page, there was a section called pictures. (or photos)

Now, is there a way to take in game screenshots with the game itself?

If so, whats the hot key and where can I find the pictures as a file?

Thanks in advance,

ASL

I am not sure if any one has made a screen capture program for FSX or not there were several for FS2004. I have not tried to use the one I have for FSX who knows it may work I am not sure.
But once you get one of those programs it is a simple task of capturing a sceen shot and saving it as a file. 8-)

FSX has its own screengrab feature. Press V to take the shots. These will be saved in BMP fomat in the following location;
C:\Documents and Settings\\My Documents\My Pictures\Flight Simulator X Files\

Alternatively, the usual 3rd party screengrab utilities should work just as well for FSX as for previous versions of FS.

Thanks! :)

I was using FRAPS, but didn't like it that much.

I think I'll try MS's version and see how it works.

Thanks agian,

See how you get on. BMP files can soon use a lot of HD space.

I've never used FRAPS. I thought it was intended mainly for videos which don't interest me. MultiGrab has never let me down. I can recommend it.
