I stumbled across this site by accident and boy am I glad I did. having followed the * Nvidia User Tweaks *, I have gone up from mid teen FPS figures to high 50's consistantly. I followed the expanded detailed version of how to configure a 8800 and boy does this thing fly now (excuse the poor joke).
Glad I found this site and I look forward to learning more from this site soon.
By the way, anybody know where I can track down the model aircrat and panel etc for the Bombardier LearJet 60. I have the refernce manual in PDF from this site but was looking in Downloads for the actual plane etc itself.
Great Site.

I thank for your welcome. I did have a little lookie under both new and early files for the Learjet but I could not see it. perhaps I am tired and it is too late in the evening for my eyes to focus and find it.
Again, Thanks for the prompt welcome

I just got a very amped up Dell system with NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 video cards and I am generally happy with the performance on FSX.

Hi
Yeah I can. When I was looking through the stickys on this forum just after I joined (just to see what the rules were). I found a link in one of them which pointed to the following site. I carried it out word for word and that is how I got the massive boost in performance. OK, some of the reaslism in terms of density has gone, but this is a flight simulator and not a car simulator I guess.
Anyway the link was
http://www.nzone.com/object/nzone_ttpop_fsx.htmlwhich was the detailed version of
