automatic configuration of fsx add-on files

Has anyone used "Addit! Pro" to configure FSX add-on files? I have mixed feelings about letting the software do the configurations rather than doing them the old-fashioned way. Any opinions?

I for one never used these programs as you can never be sure if it is doing it the correct way. I would much rather do it manually and know it is going in the right places. I did not usse them in FS 2002 or FS2004, and have no intention of using them in FSX. But I know there are people that use these programs with no problems at all. I just do not like them. 8-)
