Hey,

It seems that the logbook option in flight sim X does not work properly. Half of the flights and succesfull landings I've done won't appear in the logbook.
Do more people experience this same thing? And can anyone tell me what can be done to make every flight logged.

Thnx

I've found that FSX doesn't put the missions you complete into the logbook.  Are those the flights you aren't seeing?

"It seems that the logbook option in flight sim X does not work properly"

That is an understatement if I ever saw one!

It could be that your logbook has become corrupted. This is a far to common
occurance with the "new" FSX logbook format.

Search the forums for "corrupted logbook". There are numerous posts related
to this as well as tips on how to fix the problem.

It would be prudent to backup your logbook OFTEN in FSX and ALWAYS
before you do any deletions of entries, which ia the primary cause of
corruptions as far as I have seen.

If all else fails, save the old logbook ( rename it ) and FSX will build a new
one, alas, empty.

Also, there are a couple of logbook editing/repair utilities floating around
in the libraries.
