Where do you enter an ILS frequency in the default Airbus A320? I can't find a NAV frequency changer on the radio stack.

No one knows!?  :-/

Under the Airbus nav panel you should see a bunch of buttons on the lower half, Comm1 Comm2 etc. Click on Nav1 or 2 and you should then be able to change freq. On the upper half the buttons are just for activating each.
