Crash when selecting SKLT

Could someone with FSX do me a favour please.

Could some one set a direct route to SKLT and try to select an approach.

Every time i create a direct waypoint to SKLT from anywhere, and then on the GPS go to PROC --- Select approach --- and try to press enter FSX crashes...

I would just like to know if it is me or a bug in FSX.

Thanks

Martin

If this procedure works for other places but not SKLT then I would say there is a problem with FSX. Mind you now I have not tried this I am at work right now. But it makes sense to me if you can do this using other airports then I would say something is not quite right here. 8-)

Took off from SKLT on single player, flew all around the area then landed ok.  Went into multiplayer, entered the SKLT control tower and looked all around the runway and surrounding area aok.  No problems whatsoever this end.  Hope this helps to clarify the situation.  Just reread it, I`ll go try with the Garmin too, be back asap.

Set up a journey from SKII to SKLT in the flight planner, a distance of 77.2nm.  Took off from SKII, got within 28nm of SKLT, radioed in and asked permission to land.  Allocated a runway, went to set the approach in the Garmin 500 and the screen froze.  You`re perfectly correct, there is a fault.  For the time being, flying all the way in with the Garmin open and displaying the area is no problem, right down to landing.  Its only when you try to set the approach that it happens.  I had to reboot, three fingered salute worked but couldn`t get back to the desktop or access the file menu.  Hope this helps......
