When I taxi at any airport and go to an outside view all my tires are smokin as if the brakes were on.  Can someone please help?

Wondering what airport you are at, and what time of year - this sounds like how the effects look when flying from northern areas during wintertime.  I suppose it's intended to look like snow being thrown, but looks pretty cheesy. Try changing the season to summer, or depart from a tropical area, to see if the effect reverts back to the more common dust-throwing effect.

You were right it has to do with the season and location.  And yes it is pretty cheesy looking.

It could also be steam coming out of the cowl flaps, depending on the plane.  You sometimes see it after parking up too.  This should be left open, where fitted anyway, to cool the engine after flying.  It could be the tyres, but mine looked like that and I closed the cowl flaps temporarily, it stopped.  Not a good idea to leave them closed if it is that though.  It varies by model and type where fitted but on the Beech King Air they`re only closed on reaching cruising height, when the plane levels off-to suit the aerodynamics.  All other times they`re left open.

if its none f the above, then there might be problms with you arcrafts contact points.  you may notice that the a/c is bouncing slightly when you see this smoke.  you can correct the contact poins the in aircraft.cfg file in the relevant aircraft folder.

This happened to me as well. I was at Frankfort/Main and noticed this. But the funny thing is it doesn't do it to the AI planes.
