Hey Skate,  let me tell you,  there is no better program to install aircraft, panels, sceneries, anything, then  Addit! Pro.   you can download it, install it and use it for 30 days for free, if you like it, register it on line, pay for it, under $30.00.

ITS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.  Very simple to operate and to install into your flight sim anything and everything.

Go to:  www.byteforge.com

Hi,

This page explains how to install into FS2004 - the method is exactly the same except the location of the aircraft folder which you know is \SimObjects\Airplanes.

http://www.simviation.com/acinstall.htm

Not how to find the aircraft if you can't by looking in the 'aircraft.cfg' file under

ui_manufacturer=*****
ui_type=*****

This tutorial is in the process of being updated but the method is very simple & once you understand it you will easily be able to resolve problems like aircraft not showing.

Why buy something for $30 when you can do it yourself for free  ::) Its not hard, and you defiantly DON'T have to pay for it

As for the mater of aircraft missing gauges, FSX isn't compatible with some of the current gauges so when the author converted it for FSX they just left them out. Only time and new add-ons will fix that.
