Big Fsx problem

I'm not really a computer expert.

The problem is that when I'm flying online (never offline) My fsx will sometimes quit with the explainaition something like "OX20cGa07e refrenced OX069fc memory could not be "read" Click ok to terminate program." The strings of numbers and letters seem ramdom. Sometimes, under the same conditions, my computer will suddenly turn off and reboot. Sometimes  afterwards the internet connection will not work until I wiggle the plug in back. These problem happened sometime after I downloaded an aircraft. I forgot what it was. It might have been the yacht or a dysfunctional flying saucer. Both are deleted, but the problem persists.

This might be a virus...I download everything from here. Also, I haven't defragmented my computer in a while...if that causes problems...

These problems make multiplayer very frustrating, so help would be appreciated.

While I'm at it, I might as well mention that my joystick (microsoft sidewinder precision pro) needs to be unplugged and reinserted for it to show up as connected function. This is a major hassle.
