Hi.

Some time ago, I downloaded the Civilian P-51D Mustang for FSX outta SimV here...

But I've also had some trouble with it.

First of all, the de-ice switch isn't working properly. No matter which position it's locked in, it's turned off.

And second, the tailwheel-lock. I can't use it! Nothing happens when I enter the keyboard combination. And when I try to click on it manually, it goes in for a millimeter, but then out again. It's not working...

Has anybody else got this problem?

Remember, the P-51D was modeled for FS2004, so there's no guarantee that *everything* works flawlessly in FSX.
So the de-ice switch could have been a "victim" of FSXs (weird) gauge handling.

As for the tail-wheel lock, try "dragging" the lever with your mouse and see if it helps.

Same when I click.

It's a model issue then. Wait for an update or just live with it.
