whenever i log in, it brings up the lobby for a second, then it kicks me out and says "you have been disconnected from gamespy. you may have logged on from a different computer". whats wrong!?

Does Gamespy collect cookies?  I can only think it's a security setting on your end, much like when trying to log in to a web page with your cookies disabled.
