I also was about to ask the same question. When I multiplay, I hear all sorts of chatter from various pilots but as of yet figured out how to set up my headset. I've got the official Prima guide and it says nothing (unless I've overlooked it) on how to set up for in game voice.  Game.................sheeeeeech!  It's a bloody simulator!!

Thanks in advance fellas!!!!

Well, you must first plug in your headset in your headset plug in your computer (on my computer it is green).  Now you should hear all the sounds of the simulator through your headset including voices.  If you wish to talk, your headset must have a microphone and you must join a game where speaking is enabled. To talk to other people you must hold down the 'Caps Lock' key to be heard.
All of this applies to FSX.

Hope this helps... ;)
