Short S.45 Solent takeoff problems

for some reason i cant take off in the Short S.45 Solent. even at full throttle it wont take off. and yes im trying to take off in water. any help?

I had the same problem, it took like 5 mins for me to take off, I gave up on it

You have to fly it  ;)

2 notches of flap and take off into the wind. Don't put on too much up trim or when she unsticks she'll go nose up a bit quick.

how do i know where the wind is coming from when im on the water?

how do i know where the wind is coming from when im on the water?

Shift+Z will give you that info in a text line at the top of the screen.

When you get it moving you sort of have to nose down and get the floats onto the bow wave as such, stops a lot of drag and gets you moving.

As diddley said, you have to fly it.
