FSX cfg file question

Postby dmoran » Sun Jan 21, 2007 7:06 pm

Just recently installed FSX and looking to "tweak" cfg settings described in this forum - however, my full version FSX cfg file does not contain the sections that others are describing such as FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION and [BufferPools].  Should I add these lines into the cfg file or should they have already been there?

Thanks

Perhaps you may have an nvidia card ,I didn't find that line either, dmoran I recomend you to get into "IMPORTAN TOPICS"(Above)to our Mod eno's FAQ , and get into "Nvidia users tweeks, very good"Find your card model ,It did a miracle in my video card ,Im testing it right now 20 -25frps :o and a nice scenery many trees and buildings,Of couse make sure you have an Nvidia card, if is a ATI there are many tweeks and help for setting there though..right here

Thanks alrot for the link-I have a FX5500 256 card and I get 18-20 fps consistently with moderate settings.

Yes you need to add them lines to your fsX.cfg.

Thanks loomex - not to get too far off topic here, but do you think the "white boxes" is a graphics card issue?
