Can anyone tell me if you can download and add the add on aircraft to the trial version of FSX.....would it be the same as adding planes to the actual game.  Just dont have the extra cash right now to buy the deluxe version.....Sucks being a college student sometimes-but at least I can fly the real planes here.  Thanks All

I am not aware of any reason as to why you can not add aircraft to the DEMO version but I will not swear that this can be done. I suggest that you give it a try the worst thing that can happen is it will not work.
Rember that FSX is a little different from FS9 you will not find a aircraft folder, it will be in the simobject folder. So aircraft have to go here.
You can make a seperate folder for addonaircraft if you so desire but than you have to add some lines to the fsxcfg file so the sim will see the folder and aircraft in it. Not that hard to do but if you are not comfortable editing this file than I suggest you put your addon aircraft in the simobject/aircraft folder 8-)

Yes - exactly the same. You might need to re-alias the panel or sound as the Demo has a limited number of default aircraft. I suggest you install new aircraft to the FSX\SimObjects\airplanes folder.

You can add a lot of aircraft to the demo, also from fs9. This will be more difficult if you got the deluxe.
But be aware with selfinstallers. Install always to a temp folder, and from there copy files to the sim.
