i recently heard from my web-design teacher (not just heard, he showed it tome in action) that Windows Vista is OUT

apparently it was released in early january...

So....

has anyone had a chance to try FSX on it, with the new DX10? does it run faster?...

Sorry but there is no Direct X 10 drivers currently out, so you can't run any game in Direct X 10. And until the DX10 patch comes out, fsX will be strictly and only DX9.

Oh, and only the buisness versions of Vista are out (Or so I heard...).

It doesn't matter if you have it or not.  The FSX on the market right now is NOT DX10 compatible, a patch will be released for it eventually.  Also, DX10 only works on DX10 video cards

Well, I can run FSX with nearly everything maxed....as long as I got the FPS tweaks kicked in 'though.

well I guess youll never get it then? there is no such thing as  bug free code.

Windows Vista is not out yet...that was a MSDNAA and the retail does not come out until Jan 30, 2007
