I'm not a expert by any means in this area, which is why I'm hoping someone could help.  After trying the zeppelin in FSX, I realized...the camera is incredibly slow.

I assume it's in the camera.cfg file, but I reaallllly don't want to mess around in there  :-X  If someone could help out it would be appreciated  :)

I too would love this. I try to do 747-400 walkarounds but its just to damn slow.   :-/

Open up camera.cfg and then up things like Pan speed, and Pan rate. Alhough I didn't up them allot, I did up them and it's fine.

...but panning is not moving.

I've got to figure that out yet, too, but the SDK isn't very helpful...
