The Audio swalow all my frames!!

I'm wearing new clothes (A new PC)  ;D But I'm noticing that when I hit "Q" my frame raise to 25 frps (In Quiet) then I hit "Q" again ands the sound kills down to 11-9 , First I was using a Sound Blaster (a Profesional audio card I don't remember the name ,a good one!) then I change the configuration to the audio card in the motherboard, its the same? why this ? is there any solution for this?

"Realtek" On-board Sound, versus a plug-in Creative Labs PCI Sound Card... ...!

....affecting the Frame rates...!
