How do I see other traffic on Garmin GPS500 ?

How do I see other traffic on Garmin GPS500 ?
I can see flight plan airports etc but can I see other traffic in the air on the GPS500 ?
If so how ?
Have read the help file but can't work out how to display this info.
Help please.

Well, I am not 100% familiar with Avionic GPS systems, but if its GPS, it tells you where you are, not where they are.
If it had some other part that included locations of other aircraft, then I would think it would be something more like a RADAR system.

Good point, but I seem to remember seeing other traffic on it once.
Maybe I was dreaming.
Is there a radar add-on for FSX ?

FSX already comes with a radar, but it only works when you're on multiplayer and in ATC mode.

I believe that there is an adaption for aircraft out for that ATC gauge

Maybe you should try searching for a TCAS gauge for FSX if there is one?
