Switching Aircraft

I have a question when I'm playing singleplayer I can switch aircraft easy, by pushing alt then select aircraft and so on then I switch. But when I'm playing multiplayer sometime I cant switch aircraft or even look at the world map, is this the server settings or is it my computer?

Hm, I really doubt that it's your computer, if you're able to do it in single player.  Either something wonky is happening with your internet connection, or just the server is itself wonky, most likely the latter.  Since you say it only occurs sometimes, it's most likely the servers you're choosing.
