Okay, when you are ATC of a session on multiplayer, how do you know what runways are there and where they are? Can you see it on the radar or something else? And how can you tell like what is North, East, South, and West when looking at a radar?

I use a groundplan of the airport which includes gate- and taxiway numbering. Besides that i use a written frequency overview. I don't have link ready (i use only one) because i got mine, in pdf format, from someone via e-mail.

After doing a bit of a search, i found these...

You can find charts, groundplans and everything else regarding airports here. I looked up the ones i'm using and they are the same as i have.
