how do you get them to work?

Read the control assignments...I think the Push Back track comes with Shift+P...Not too sure on that...

how do you get them to work?

Fuel Truck(request).....SHIFT+F
Jetway(attach/detach)....CTRL+J
Pushback(start/stop).....SHIFT+P (then press 1 or 2 to turn tail right/left)

is there a way to get the baggage handlers to get baggage from your plane.

this is a bit off topic, but, i cant get my plane to turn in pushback... neither 1 nor 2 turns the plane......

I belive you have to use Shift+P+1 or 2

Jetways, baggage trucks, pushback trucks...
