Wish I had a link, but too lazy to find one...
Unzip the plane to a temp folder.
Copy the whole aircraft folder (737_NW for example) into your MSFSX/Simobjects/Airplanes folder
Then just copy gauges effects and sounds (if it has them) into their corresponding folders.
