Linking Sounds

Going to post this under here and the panel forum, but I assume this area gets more attention.  When I was flying the Rome to Naples, or whatever, mission, it had all the sayings that a real flight would, well mostly.  My question is, is it possible to link a sound file to a gauge (namely the no seatbelt) and have it say the speech whenever it's flipped on, and a different one when it's flipped off.

Obviously you can, as it's done now, just with a ding sound.  Guess my question is there a way to do this without the Flight Studio program, etc; and if not, could I ask someone to try it out.   Appreciate any help  :)

Although I have never heard of a talking gauge it might be possiable but you would more than likely have to use a XML gauge than make a recording to link the gauge to it could be as easy as to replace the current sound file with the new voice file.

never thought of that, but how would I find out what sound that the gauge is connected to?
