on almost all of the default aircraft I get this strange texture problem.....heres a couple of pics of the Extra....

PS....Yes, I do get 8fps in FSX

i think thats to do with where youir slider is.

And if you move the autogen slider all the way to the left you will get a lot more than 8fps!  ;D

hey... I started a thread the otherday about the terrain texture mod that is in the scenery download section.... that was one of the effects that I was having with that mod'ed terrain config (what it has to do with AC textures...got me)

Sometimes the ground textures would get all blurry, but all the AC's (defult as well as custom) would go blurry like that...

What's your Global Texture Size set at?  If you have that slider down to anything below max, all the textures aren't as sharp as they could be.
