downloading real weather from Jeppeson

Is anyone else having problems downloading real weather? my problem is that sometimes it down loads with out a problem . other times i get an error message . does any one have any suggestions? I don't know if it is a problem with my dsl or fsx or my cpu. I donot have any other problems with my dsl.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
