Well I think ive finally optimized it for my pc, on full settings minus a little water detail i get 7-12 fps in big citys, 10-14 in urban areas and 16+ in rural. Ill take it lol

What are your PC specs?? and what did you tweak to get that!?

You would get much better FPS if you would de-activate self-shadows, ground scenery shadows, and this kind of special effect

I'm sure you can reach 20 FPS, at least in rural areas.
