Default planes - better or worse?

I was wondering what you guys think of the default aircraft in FSX. We all know that the stock planes in FS9 weren't that great, they had crappy VCs, didn't handle well, and some of them didn't even look nice.

Even though I have only flown a few of the new defaults, I think that they are better all around. I spend a lot of time flying the C172, and to me it fly's just like the RealAir 172 for FS9. The only one that I have problems with is the floatplane (beaver or otter, can't remember which it is).

So what do you guys think?

they are good. vc are pretty exterior models too. So overall they are way better than the ones we got in fs9.

They are really great, I especially love the Maule, I would say most of the default aircraft are better than most payware for FS9.

"I was wondering what you guys think of the default aircraft in FSX."

FSX flight models are improved
by at least a factor of two: as a realworld pilot and aircraft owner, I have the advantage of comparing sim-models to myRealworld Mooney on Youtube.

Yesterday, I handflew the FSX Mooney to Vancouver, BC in-the-soup . . . now that's As Real As It Gets!
