Thanks To All Who Contributed

Postby Katahu » Wed Oct 11, 2006 11:36 pm

I like to give a big thanks to all of those who took the time to find all the nice tweeks, put together the best reviews [good, bad, or neutral] and for taking the time and effort to experiment with all sorts of things with FSX and share their experience with us all.

Also, thanks to those who contributed this much, those who were lucky enough to get the final version are now able to get the most out of FSX. These tweeks have helped them greatly and I bet they will continue to help everyone else when FSX is OFFICIALLY released.

And because of the great reviews about FSX [Beta and Final], many of us have been able to make sound decisions about when to buy FSX and how to prepare for it.

Congradulations on this achievement and thank you all who contributed.

That's cool, but some of us (me) are happy with FSX running it right our-of-the-box on a four-year-old 1.8Ghz machine. Yes, with copious amounts of screenshots posted-to-prove-it.
FSX CYVR Screenshots -- with Framerates!

FSX New York Screenshots -- anything over 7FPS runs smoothly on my setup
I've even posted a youtube video . . . but it's realworld flying
